The Boat Eyesore

The plus side of living near the ocean is obvious - even if it's only for a 3-4 months a year.

The downside is all these darn front-yard boats.

We have to look at them, everywhere, for 7-8 months of the year up in frigid New England.

Why can't we pass a *snob ordinance* against parking them in yards and driveways?

Down the street from me is a McMansion development - overpriced and barely half-filled. Homes are listed from $1.3 million to over $2 million. Unbelievably, some dipsh*t there has parked a tarp-covered nasty boat on his lawn. They have an HOA there for crying out loud.

That guy must be on or THE board of the Home Owners Association.

I can't even believe that the boaters themselves want to look at their toys on a trailer or on stilts for two-thirds of the year, every single year.

Sometimes the fascists really do have to pass paternalistic laws for Morons.

Expecting a flood or just an inconsiderate Moronic neighbor?

I started it. Will have to read a bunch of his crap beforehand.

Wife out of town this week, and every week for the next 6. Going to be tough to get much done.

Nice profile pic! Why didn't you use one of your midriff?

It would just put your pecs and abs to so much shame that you wouldn't have time to produce, only to work out!
